BMF is a fuel that compresses crop straw, wood chips, sawdust, peanut shell, corn cob, rice husk, tree branches and leaves, and grass for direct use (abbreviated as BMF). No additives and adhesives. It is a renewable and clean energy source.
Characteristics of BMF
According to years of experimental research and testing, BMF has the following characteristics:
The calorific value is low, generally 3000~4000kcal/kg
Volatile content is high, generally 60-70%
Volatile analysis temperature is low, generally 180~370°C
The ignition temperature is low, generally about 300 700
Easy coking and low coking temperature, generally about 800°C
According to the characteristics of large volatile content of BMF boiler, it adopts a variety of new technologies, such as biomass gas production method and suspended combustion technology, and multi-point oxygen distribution, so that the combustion is complete and the problem of black smoke is completely solved. Besides, it adopts multi-stage combined dust removal technology, which greatly reduces the dust emission and can meet the national discharge standard of Class A region.

Principle of BMF boiler combustion technology
BMF uniformly enters the high temperature pyrolysis combustion chamber of the boiler from the feeding mechanism. After watching the fire, the volatiles in the combustion are rapidly precipitated and burned inward under the action of the induced draft fan. A high temperature zone is quickly formed in the gas (solid) phase combustion chamber, creating conditions for continuous and stable ignition
The fuel in the pyrolysis combustion chamber is rapidly decomposed into combustible gas under the condition of high temperature and hypoxia, and sent to the gas combustion chamber for gas phase combustion
At the same time of gas phase combustion, more than 90% of the volatile has been precipitated out of the hot fuel, by the conveying system to the solid phase combustion chamber for solid phase combustion, completely burned ash discharged to the slag pool or ash pit
In the conveying process, small particle combustion and unburned particles under the action of wind less than (solid) phase combustion chamber suspension
From multiple oxygen distribution places, the required amount of oxygen can be automatically allocated and supplemented in proportion to support combustion at the furnace outlet. The high temperature flue gas after complete combustion leads to the heating surface of the silver furnace and is absorbed, and then goes to the atmosphere after the energy saving device and dust collector
Characteristic
It can quickly form a high temperature zone and stably maintain layer combustion, gasification combustion, and suspension combustion. The smoke can stay in the high temperature furnace for a long time, and the smoke can be fully burned through multiple oxygenation, and the combustion efficiency is high, which fundamentally solves the problem of black smoke.
