The heat exchanger adopts 304 stainless steel corruoated tube, cancels the traditional "U" tube structureadopts high-pressure heat exchange vessel in-line structure, large heat transfer area, uniform arrangement of heat exchange tubebundles, uniform tube spacinq, no mutual contact, so that the steam and heat exchange tube are fully in contact, increase the heatexchange coefficient, good heat transfer effect, reasonable heat exchanger output design, wll not produce the phenomenon of frequentboiler start and stop, and reduce the mutual friction between the heat exchange tubes, and reduce the violent knocking sound in thefurnace when the boiler starts.
Working principle
The heat produced by the burner is transferred to the intermediate heat media - water, so that it vaporizes and evaporates in the vacuum chamber, the evaporation of negative pressure vapor and heat exchanger in the vacuum chamber heat exchange, the heat transfer to the heat exchanger in the heating or living water, after the exchange of condensed water flows down to the intermediate medium, is heated and evaporated again, repeated cycle.
Safe and reliable
The main boiler always operates under the state of negative pressure, and the phase changes heat. The vacuum degree of the vacuum chamber of the main body is -0.Mpa and the maximum is -0.019Mpa. There is no possibility of explosion and tube explosion and other safety problems, and there is no accident caused by water shortage of the main body. Interlock protection devices such as temperature control of intermediate medium and discharge safety valve between sets ensure the safe operation of the unit from the root.
